Suffering from depression is something unfortunately a lot of people in society deal with in silence. We're made to feel like it would be a burden if we opened up about the more difficult things; so we make the choice to go through it alone. "I Go to Jail on the Weekends" by Sonata Kay is a stunning, bittersweet song about how we have to pretend we are alright when we're not, so people don't feel obligated to help us with our problems if they find out about them. However, there's also this beautiful glimmer of hope that one day you can break free from your own chains, and find the happiness you deserve.
